Top notch customer service. The item arrived later than expected BUT it was not at no fault of hers. She tried to rectify the situation and sent out another but the post office caused major delays. I appreciated her willingness to correct the issue, even though she did not have to. It was completely on USPS and not her. I will definitely use her again.
