What is the TAT (turnaround time) for custom/personalized orders?
It depends on the complexity of the product. It is usually 1 business day but I try to finish and upload the files in less than 10 hours.
Can I make revisions on the file after I purchase and receive the product?
If your file is a vector file, yes you can edit the file with an SVG editor program. However, if the file is a word design in SVG format (such as custom checkered name), you can customize the colors & size, not the word itself because the products is not a font.
Can I get multiple separate designs if I purchase the product once?
No, because I make each file from the start. Therefore, the price is for one design only. For example, if you need 3 separate versions for the same product, you need to purchase 3 times.
Can I get free revisions after I receive the file?
If there is a mistake made by me, yes you can. For example, in a word design, if you wrote "Amy" but you got "Anne", I will definitely send you the revised file free of charge. However, if you got what you wrote in the personalization box and still want me to make changes on the file, you need to repurchase for the revised file because I have to make it all from the start. So, please double check your personalization before you complete purchasing.
Can I change the personalization I wrote before I receive the file?
If I have not started making the file, yes you can change your request. However, if I have already made it, you need to repurchase for the revised file because I have to make it all from the start. Please contact me via Etsy Messages for more detailed answers about your particular case.
Can you create an svg/png file if I send you a picture/my sketch?
