Custom and personalised orders
At this time, I’m not offering custom orders for entirely new designs. However, I’m happy to make small modifications to existing designs in my shop, such as editing text, names, dates, or swapping certain images where possible. Please feel free to message me before purchasing to discuss any changes you’d like.
Refunds or exchanges
Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds and exchanges are not available, as access cannot be revoked once the product has been delivered. However, if you accidentally purchase a duplicate item, I will be happy to issue a refund for the duplicate. Please also contact me if you experience any problems with your files.
Can you send these as physical labels?
All the items are digital printables for customers to download and print themselves either on a home printer or a professional printing shop. You can make physical products with your downloads, but I do do not send out the labels in physical form.
I'm having trouble with downloading
Please note Etsy does not currently have the option of downloading from the Etsy app, so you will need to use a browser.

Is commecial use allowed?
You are welcome to use these designs in non-digital businesses to produce physical products—such as bottles, jars, packaging, or crafts—where the labels are applied as part of the finished item.
However:
-Reselling printed labels, whether in their original form or with minor modifications, is not permitted.
-Digital resale, sharing, or redistribution of the design files in any format is strictly prohibited
Why do my files say “corrupt” or won’t print?
This is usually caused by the files not downloading or opening correctly, rather than a problem with the files themselves. All files are tested before upload to ensure they work properly.
Please check:
• You fully download the ZIP file from your Etsy Purchases section
• Extract (unzip) the files before opening them. You can do this by double-clicking the ZIP folder and selecting “Extract All”, or by dragging the ZIP file into free extraction software such as www.extract.me
• Open the JPG or PNG files. Avoid opening the files directly in a browser preview or unsupported programs such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (which is designed for PDFs)
• Ideally use a computer rather than a phone or tablet

Are files these editable?
No—these files are final outputs (PNG, JPG, and in some cases PDF). They aren’t layered or editable, so while you can resize them, you won’t be able to remove or modify individual elements.
