Do you offer discounts for large orders?
That will be determined by a variety of factors. Message me!
Is shipping discounted for multiple items?
Yes, shipping is prorated based on the quantity and destination. Shipping for the amount of items you are purchasing will be shown once all items are in the shopping cart. The delivery zip code and address are key in calculating the price. All orders will ship to the address in the shipping section at checkout.
When would my order ship?
If already purchased your ship date can be found on your receipt. If you're looking at purchasing the turn around time can be found by clicking on the Shipping tab. If you're ordering more than one item they would all ship at once, on the furthest out turn around time. (If one item is scheduled to ship in 1-2 days and another is 1-2 weeks they would ship 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase.)
Can I see a proof before my items ship?
I can send a computer mock up prior to starting on your item(s) as long as your items are scheduled to ship a minimum of one week from the date of purchase. This can delay your ship date. If you request a mock up make sure to allow yourself an extra 3+ days. It is best to have the Etsy app on your mobile device with notifications allowed to received messages ASAP.
How do the items ship?
Items ship via USPS Mail. You can choose upgrades at checkout. If your order happens to qualify for free shipping it may also ship via UPS.
Can I get items faster than the scheduled ship date?
Message me prior to purchase to discuss all options including Rush Fees and Shipping Upgrades.
How should tumblers be washed?
All double wall metal tumblers should be washed by hand, no matter if they have an engraved, printed or vinyl design. The engraved and printed designs can withstand the dishwasher, however, it is not recommended by the manufacturer. Dishwashers can and will cause the seals to deteriorate over time.
