Frequently asked questions
1. How do I download my digital files?
If you have an ETSY Account:
1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to "Your account".
2. Navigate to Purchases and Reviews.
3. Next to your order, click "Download Files". This will take you to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
Alternatively, you will receive an email from Etsy with a link to download your files.
For GUEST Purchases:
If you purchased as a guest, a link to download your files will be included in the receipt email sent after your purchase. Be sure to check your junk/spam/promotion folder if you don't see it.
NOTE:
The Etsy app currently does not support digital downloads. Please use a mobile browser or computer to download your files by signing in to your Etsy account.
I can't find the download link. What should I do?
If you can't find the download link, please contact us through Etsy message. We will send the files directly to the email associated with your purchase.
Can I use the digital files for commercial purposes?
These products are intended for PERSONAL USE only. Commercial use is NOT allowed. Please do not share, resell, reproduce, or distribute the files in any way, or any form.
Can I refund or exchange my purchase of digital products?
Due to the nature of digital products, we don't offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out via Etsy message, and we’ll do our best to resolve any concerns.
Why do the colors look different on my screen than when printed?
Please note that not all computer monitors are calibrated the same, so colors may display differently on your monitor than they will when printed. This variation is normal and depends on your specific screen settings.
