Shipping
Items are shipped to the address on your Etsy Account. If you'd like your item to be shipped to a different address, please mention this address in the Note to Seller at checkout.
Please note that if the customer does not provide us with a telephone number and therefore the courier cannot reach them upon delivery, we are not responsible for any additional shipping taxes if the item is sent back to us.
I use express delivery for all my US & Europe clothing orders. Standard Post is used for all of the other destinations. We may change the shipping method if the item ordered requires it or for a reason which is not in our control.
The shipping costs and the costs for product customization are non-refundable.
Returns
If an item does not meet your expectations please contact us within 3 days upon receiving and we'll find the best resolution for you.
When we agree on a return, we'll send you the return address. Just send the item to that address in its original condition - unworn and unwashed with the most affordable shipping provider and service available to you. Once the item arrives back to us, we'll issue a refund. We can issue a refund within 30 days of your purchase. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We don't accept returns and don't issue refunds on a custom made items (made as per your measurements or design preferences) but we'll be happy to fix the item for you if needed. Just contact us so we can find a resolution.
Cancellations
All of our items are handmade and made to order in our atelier, so we can't accept cancellations after the production process has started or after the product is already created. We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. If you request a cancellation after that timeframe we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.
