At Neiro, each item is crafted uniquely for you, so we don’t maintain an inventory. However, we are committed to quality! If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or any shipping damage, please send us a photo, and we will promptly arrange a replacement. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are dedicated to resolving any issues.
I want to change, is there order ccancellation?
We can adjust or cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped, typically within 6 hours of purchase. Since production often begins within the first hour, please reach out as soon as possible if changes are needed. If you’d like to modify details such as color or size, you can simply contact us, and we’ll make the adjustments without the need to cancel. We aim for accuracy and are here to help ensure your order is perfect before shipping.
