Shipping
We currently ship within the USA and Canada.
**Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii:** Please contact us before purchasing. Transit times are significantly longer than the estimated delivery dates shown at checkout, and additional shipping charges may apply depending on the size of the item.
Orders are shipped to the address provided on your Etsy account, so please ensure it is accurate at the time of purchase. We do not ship to PO boxes.
If a package is returned to NestedDecor due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
If your order has not been delivered within 3 weeks of the shipping date, it will be considered lost and we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
My sign was damaged in transit. Can I receive a replacement?
Absolutely! Please send us at least three photos showing the damage—one of the full sign, and others of the packaging (both inside and outside). Once we receive those, we’ll get a replacement sent out to you right away at no extra cost.
Additional policies and FAQs
All of our signs are made to order. Please note each piece of wood has its own exceptional beauty (knots, holes, grain patterns, etc). All signs have the same saying, font and design, but because each sign is made to order, no two signs are exact.
What if I select the wrong frame or background color?
We begin production shortly after an order is placed, so please double-check your selections before checkout. If you realize you chose the wrong color, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but adjustments may not be possible once production has started.
What is your lead time until shipping?
All signs are shipped within 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends!
All pillows are shipped within 1-7 business days. This does not include weekends!
All orders are shipped within the appropriate time frame given at checkout.
Can I modify or change the original design?
We’re happy to accommodate custom requests when possible! For any changes beyond the "Add your personalization" box, please message us before placing your order. Some requests may require an additional design fee. Please note that customizations are not guaranteed unless approved in advance.
