What size should I get?

Most of our apparel is unisex that is a relaxed boyfriend fit and typically run slightly larger for women. If you get the size you normally wear, it's going to be a relaxed fit. If you would like it to be more oversized, we suggest sizing up. There is also a detailed size chart in all listings that provides measurements! Always look for the size chart before you purchase. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size. If you are still unsure what size to get, we recommend measuring your favourite shirt.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations on Personalized apparel after delivery? If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery on any of the products in our shop. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!
The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

How long will it take to make my order and What is the processing and shipping time?

Each item has a specific production time. Production times are different than shipping times and the total days of both added together gives you your estimated delivery date. You will see an estimated delivery time frame for each item before purchase. If you need an item by a specific date, you must message us to approve this before purchasing.

**NOTE: These estimated times DO NOT apply for BIG Holidays such as in December **

∙ Processing time: 2 to 5 business days
∙ Shipping time: US - 2 to 7 business days

Why does my package says delivered but isn't or tracking is not updating?

Once an order is shipped, you receive an email with tracking for that order. Once the package has been shipped, we are not responsible for the item and have no more information than what the tracking number shows. If there is an issue with shipment/delivery you will have to contact USPS or your local post office for assistance. We are not responsible for lost packages due to USPS handling.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

"NoBadDaysEssentials" is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once your item is handed over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the
GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

My order did not reach me on time. Can I return it?

Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carriers, and these will increase in the holiday season. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. We have had cases where a shipment is significantly delayed and shows as unscanned even if it was shipped. You will definitely get your shipment, but we are in no position to guarantee the timeline. We cannot refund or cancel orders if they did not reach on time. If your order did not reach on time, please contact us and the shipping carrier. We try our best to work with you but don't control shipping. Please understand, NO returns are accepted for shipping delays.

What if there is a mistake with my order upon receiving?

If you receive an item and there is a mistake with it, you must message us within 24 hours of delivery. After this time frame, we are not responsible for issues with an order. If the order was made with the notes you left and but the notes you entered were wrong or in the wrong order, we will not remake or refund an order. *Please double check all information left in notes before purchasing.* If there is an error on our part, we will gladly replace the item with a corrected item.

Can I change my address on an order and What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

Once we receive an order, we begin processing it immediately in order to keep our quick production time. If an item has shipped before we receive your message to change an address, we are not held responsible for the item shipping to a wrong address or for replacing the item. If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment. You will be contacted with the amount to reship the item. We will not reship your item unless this amount is paid in full. If the item is at our warehouse and not shipped yet, we will if possible do our very best to change the address for you.

Can I cancel my order or make changes to it and Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

Because of our quick production time, all orders begin processing almost immediately. Due to this, we are unable to cancel an order or make changes to it. *Please double check all information left in notes before purchasing the item.*
There are no refunds since every item is custom made.

Color Disclaimer and Care Instructions

Actual colors may vary from our listing photo and the final product. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor displays different colors and everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show the listings as close as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately illustrates the true color of the product.
For clothing items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. For drinkware please make sure to read the care instructions specified in the listing since some items don’t HAVE to be microwaved/dishwashed!
