Je suis issue d'une famille d'artistes, chacun à sa manière. Mon grand-père paternel était un menuisier talentueux, spécialisé dans la découpe à la scie à chantourner, capable de créer des pièces d'une finesse et d'une précision exceptionnelles. Mon grand-père maternel gagnait sa vie en créant des objets en fer forgé, et ma mère s'adonne à l'art de la mosaïque, de l'encre à alcool et de la pâte polymère. Il était donc tout naturel que je partage cette fibre créative.
J'ai commencé mon activité en travaillant le similicuir pour fabriquer des boucles d'oreilles légères. Bien que j'apprécie toujours l'esthétique et la polyvalence des boucles d'oreilles en similicuir, je sentais un appel à changer de cap.
Ma foi est devenue essentielle à ma vie, et je souhaite la partager. Parfois, cela passe par un sourire, un verset biblique ou simplement par une dose de positivité. Les objets de décoration que je crée reflètent la vérité de Dieu avec humour et convivialité, sans être guindés.

Welcome and THANK YOU for stopping by Olive Creative Studio! My name is Jennifer, the creator and designer of Olive Creative Studio, and I am so happy to have you here!
I come from a line of artists, all in their own right. My paternal grandfather was a skilled scroll saw woodworker who could create the most intricately detailed pieces. My maternal grandfather made a living creating ornamental iron and my mother has her artistic hands in mosaics, alcohol ink and polymer clay. So, it’s only natural I had a creative streak, as well.
I started my business working with faux leather to make lightweight faux leather earrings. While I still love the look and versatility of faux leather earrings, God was tugging at my heart to shift gears.
My faith has become a pivotal part of my life, and I want to be able to share that faith to others. Sometimes that's with a smile, a verse or just some positivity. The home living items I create share the truth of God in a sometimes witty, welcoming way without being too stuffy.
