Personal Returns: If you are returning an item due to personal preference (e.g., did not like it in person), you are responsible for all return shipping and customs fees. The refund will cover the item cost only. If the item was shipped for free, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Error/Defect Returns: If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping and provide a full refund, including original shipping costs.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us within 14 days of receipt.

* Condition: Items must be in original, unworn, and undamaged condition.

* Shipping: Use bubble packaging and registered mail (tracked).

* Customs/Fees: To avoid unnecessary customs charges which you will be responsible for, do not list the item's value on the outside of the package

* Receipt: Include the original receipt.

* Refunds: Issued shortly after the item is received.

RETURNS: According to Greek law, packages sent from outside the EU may incur additional customs fees. If you are returning an item for an exchange or refund, you will need to cover the shipping costs and any customs fees associated with the return
