WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Production usually takes 1–5 business days, though custom or large orders (10+ items) and orders including youth sizes may take a little longer to make.
Once shipped, U.S. delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, while international shipping can take 10–30 days, depending on your location and customs processing.
*Please note: During the holiday season, shipping times may extend due to carrier delays and high order volume. If you need your order by Christmas, it’s best to place it at least 2½ weeks in advance to allow plenty of time for production and delivery.
WILL THE INK AND SHIRT COLOR MATCH PERFECTLY?
Not exactly! Fabric texture and shirt color can cause slight variations in how ink appears once printed. We do our best to ensure colors complement beautifully, but small differences are part of the charm of custom printing.
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
To find your best fit, we recommend measuring a shirt you already own and love the fit of, then comparing those measurements to the size chart listed in the product photos or description. This method is the most reliable way to ensure your new shirt fits comfortably and true to your preferences.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Because each item is custom-made, returns are only accepted if an item arrives with a printing error, defect, or incorrect size. Please double-check the size guide before ordering to ensure your best fit.
CAN I PLACE A BULK ORDER?
Absolutely! You can add multiple sizes, colors, or personalization options directly to your cart, and then adjust the quantities from there. For groups of 10 or more items, production may take a few extra days—but it’s worth the wait for your coordinated set!
MY ORDER HAS A DEFECT, WHAT DO I DO?
Please send us photos of the issue via Etsy messages along with your ideal resolution, whether it be a replacement or refund. Please note that we can only provide these solutions for orders within 30 days of delivery.
