What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges on non-clothing items.
For clothing items, please be sure to thoroughly read the sizing instructions before ordering. We offer a 14 day return/exchange policy on most clothing items. DO NOT return your items without first contacting us through the "Contact" button on our shop for help and information. All return/exchange requests are subject to review before refunds or exchanges are given. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and purchase price may be reduced if item appears to have been worn or washed. Photos of the item will be required before refund or exchange is allowed.
If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us via the "Contact" button on our shop!

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us using the "Contact" button on our shop with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please message us using the "Contact" button on our shop within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Exchanges are available on some clothing items only. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product pictures section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know via the "Contact" button on our shop within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Care instructions

Though the care instruction inside the garment may say that it can be dried in the dryer, it is recommended that Direct to Garment (DTG) printed clothing be air dried flat. If you have any questions, please contact us.
