When will I receive my international order?
For international shipping, right now it is taking around 8 weeks for your package to arrive.
SHIPPING TO WRONG ADDRESS:
Before placing your order with PRYNTit please DOUBLE CHECK your mailing address. We are NOT responsible for lost or returned orders due to INCORRECT mailing addresses. If your purchase has been shipped to an old address please contact your local USPS post office for further assitance. If your order gets returned to us because of being marked "undeliverable" as addresssed, I can reship your order but we ask you pay the shipping fee again. If you do not want your order reshipped a 20% restocking fee will apply to custom orders.
LOST MAIL/STOLEN/DAMAGED:
PRYNTit is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages if insurance is not purchased.
If you want to add insurance to your package you can either upgrade to priority which includes insurance up to $50 or you can purchase additional insurance here:

SHIPPING DELAYS
Once the package is in USPS, UPS hands, Prynt-it is not responsible for any shipping delays. If this does occur, please contact your local post office for further assistance.
If your package has been in transit for more than 4 weeks, you can request a "missing mail search" through USPS. If you have any questions about the process or need assistance, feel free to contact me.
