Hey all! Thank you for your curiosity in my store’s history!
I started Paper Pact, LLC while undergoing chemotherapy treatment in 2019 for breast cancer. I was looking for something to do that would keep my mind off of what I was going through & somehow flex my creativity during the 3-4 hr infusions. So that’s when I made my first handmade/hand pressed set of cards. A couple friends saw them & wanted to buy a few & that’s when it progressed to what it is now. The cards I received during my battle brought me joy so why not pay it forward & pass that same joy to others who need an extra boost of happiness.
Come 2020 & needing to pivot my business. I felt it crucial to help those in the medical field & people who are high-risk stay safe during the pandemic. Graduating college as a fashion design student and my experience working in the fashion industry, I felt the need in lending my sewing skills for this cause. It has enabled me to create over 2000+ masks for the elderly, people in the medical field, cancer & high risk patients, kids & adults!
Now that those days have come to pass, I've once again pivoted into digital products to adapt to the times.

Custom and personalized orders
Custom and bulk orders take up to 5 business days to ship, but can take up to 10 business days depending on the custom and/or bulk amount.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, no. All items are carefully inspected & double checked for accuracy with the highest care possible. Thus, all face masks are non-returnable due to high demand & for safety reasons.
What is your shipping processing time?
Items ship within 1-5 business days (M-F from 08:00 am - 5:00 pm PST) of cleared payment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping delays may occur through USPS due to the pandemic. Please be mindful of this before placing your order.
