Your Etsy purchase includes a link to a digital invitation or greeting card template that can be customized at paperlesspost.com.

After your template is customized, you can download it as a JPG, PNG, or PDF (best for printing).

All templates are standard US greeting card size; either 5x7”, 7x5”, or 5x5” depending on the orientation of your card.

Templates are available to download in multiple formats, including 8.5”x11” for the US and Canada, and A4 for UK and AU.

Find the Paperless Post PDF in your Etsy purchases for your unique link.

Click the link in your Etsy receipt, then follow the prompt to either log into an existing Paperless Post account or create a new one. Then start editing.

How do I find my template if I leave the editing page on Paperless Post?
• Your template is always available in your drafts on Paperless Post.
• Navigate to “Drafts” in your Paperless Post account, and you will see it there. Your drafts can be found at https://www.paperlesspost.com/manage/draft

Once on Paperless Post, you can customize your template to make it your own by editing the text, including font selection, sizing, alignment, and colors.

You can upload a monogram or logo, or add stickers.

Upload your own photo to any card with a photo placement.

Please note what cannot be edited:
• Card size and orientation are fixed.
• Artwork layouts and colors cannot be edited or adjusted.

You have options!
• Once you are done customizing your design, simply hit the Download button and select one of the file formats.
• Print your downloaded file at home, at a local printing shop, or through an online printing service.
• Send via Paperless Post for an additional cost per invitation or card.

Please note for printing:
• Our templates do not include crop lines or bleeds. If a professional printer requires them, or if you’d like a recommendation for where you can print online without them, please reach out to our team at etsyhelp@paperlesspost.com.

The cost to send on Paperless Post is based on the level of customization and the number of invitations or cards sent and RSVPs collected. It is charged in Paperless Post Coins.

The cost to send your invitation or card will be automatically calculated in Coins when you click ‘Send on Paperless Post’ after editing your template.

Coins are the virtual currency used on Paperless Post for sending invitations and greeting cards.
You can purchase Coins in packages on the Paperless Post site and the credits can only be used on the site.

The minimum cost to send or share a premium invitation or greeting card on Paperless Post is 2 Coins, or approximately $0.26 USD per recipient, depending on the size of the Coin package you purchase.
