Poorly packaged for shipping. Table broken and had to be reassembled.

According to customer, package was damaged upon delivery (UPS). I profusely apologized to customer that wood planks on top of table had come off. even tho it was out of my control. I also noticed from pictures customer sent me that there was fresh dark water stains on some parts of table which leads me to believe the package was left outside in inclement weather of rain or snow. Table was packaged with all necessary precautions including wrapping individual table legs in bubble wrap. bubble wrap wrapped around table top portion and enclosing entire table in giant foam slip made for flat giant flat screen t.v's with styroam and wadded paper for cushioning. Customer told me they will be able to re-attach table top planks themselves fairly easily even tho I offered to send them TightBond II glue. 3-4 weeks later neg. review??

Hi I'm Rob nice to meet you! I'm so glad you came by! I've been designing and creating unique items since I was a teen.

I have a deep passion for making things I find interesting. Sometimes by finding things from flea markets, garage sales, thrift shops, or online sources and put them together in my head and manifesting them into a usable product. Example- a Terrarium made from 2 upside down chairs, turning a candy machine into an Aquarium, making a table that has a real flowing river, Lagoon and waterfall. I think it's in my DNA to make things haha as my father could build anything and my grandfather and uncle were/are both engineers.

I am recent to Etsy after resigning at my job in the corporate auto industry to follow my passion in life for designing and creating things.

It gives me peace and tranquility to design and create things by using my hands versus working in a corporate environment. I enjoy making things that are unique to the world, instead of cookie cutter items that already exist all around us, so people can truly enjoy my creations with their family and friends in their home, business, or office.
