3 out of 5 starsI reached out to the seller when the first proof they sent me was incorrect, while they did correct the proof, the item that arrived in the mail was unfortunately reflective of the first incorrect proof that was sent to me :( the canvas and design itself was beautiful, but I’m a bit disappointed in the lack of attention to detail that was shown in the production process. It appears that another buyer had also experience the same thing, I wish I had read the review prior to selecting this item!

5 out of 5 starsI forgot to fill out a portion of the order form and they reached out so I could get the right date on my picture...Very nice experience though the whole ordering process...Definitely would order again..It's going to make a very nice anniversary gift.

1 out of 5 starsThe canvas sign had some of the writing printed on the top of the frame and on the bottom. Not the way it appeared in the proof they sent me to approve. No time to get a new one, unfortunately. Said it was a production issue, Obviously, and she would look into it, 24 hours ago. ☹️ **now more than 48 hours and nothing from them. I thought I would give a “new” company a try. Won’t be doing this again!
