About Pixie Princess Design
My name is Jeanette, and I am the designer and owner of Pixie Princess Design!
My Etsy shop was born from my dream of owning my own business and being my own boss. However, being a MOM was the true inspiration for this business! I have been shopping on Etsy for many years, and I realized that many of the owners were stay at home MOMS. I was not only thrilled to be supporting small business owners, but I was impressed with all the products I purchased. It was then that I realized I wanted to create and sell my own creations too! I made the decision to set up a shop, and there was no turning back!
When you have a passion for creativity and you marry it with being your own boss, you get one happy business owner! I couldn’t be happier with this awesome journey!
If I could give one piece of advice to someone interested in opening up their own shop or starting their own business it would be this – don’t compare your beginning to someone else’s middle. It’s sooo easy to feel defeated when you see a competitor’s number of products, or amazing instagram account, BUT do remind yourself that they too had to start with nothing to become something!
