What are the invitations made out of?
They are made from 30mil PVC Plastic. Think – credit card or gift card (but without the money).
Custom and personalized orders
We send a digital proof of what your invites will look like through email the same or next business day, that way there are no surprises. Once you approve your proof (assuming you don't have corrections), we print and ship within a couple of days.

Since each invitation is personalized and printed based on your specifications (no there is not another 12 year old Becky that’s having her birthday party on the same day and in the same location you were going to), we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds.

We aren’t amazon, your order will not be arriving in an hour (quality products take time). But we can typically get your order to you within 2-5 business days!
Once your order leaves our hands we have no control over its adventure. We do not guarantee shipping times or agree to deadlines. Some orders shipped through USPS get delayed due to weather, holidays, or any other reason USPS specifies. We are not responsible for lost or missing shipments.
Most orders shipped by USPS are on time, but if you need them by a close deadline, please check with us first about alternate options!
