When deciding on a size for your item, please note the size is referred to as the longest measurement of the design, That can be the height or the length. Please measure your desired location prior to purchasing so you can ensure proper fit.

These decals are not made for clothing. Only smooth hard non-porous surfaces. If you wanting something for clothing, please let me know and I can create a special listing for you. :)

All packages come with shipping that has tracking. You will be given the tracking number, and depending on the carrier used, you can go on their website to see more detailed information on where your package is located. If using USPS, feel free to sign up for their text or email updates so you can get alerts when your package is moving along the route.

-If you notify me before your order has shipped, I can make the correction on your order.
-If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, I am unable to do anything to correct the address; this is outside of my control. If you have a forwarding address setup with your local post office, your package should forward to your new address.
-I am unable to refund or resend any packages that have been sent to the wrong address or are unable to be delivered. Please review your shipping details before submitting your order to avoid any disappointments. If your package does make its way back to me, I will reach out to you to resolve remailing the package. If there is a change in shipping cost, buyer will be responsible.

I am so very sorry you aren't fully satisfied with your product. Returns will NOT be accepted for misuse of product. Application instructions are included with every purchase to help with the application process. I am not responsible if these are not followed. Returns are subject to my discretion. Refunds are only applicable to physical products. NOT digital items. Please reach out to me within 5 days of delivery. If your return is approved, you, the buyer, is responsible for returning the product along with any applicable shipping charges that apply. Product must be in new condition. A 20% restocking fee will be applied and shipping is non refundable.

My package hasn't arrived - what do I do? USPS First Class Mail typically takes 4-7 days, however, delayed packages are not considered lost by USPS until 30 days after mailing. If you have concerns about the shipping status of your order, please check the USPS tracking status through "my purchases". You can sign up for email notification of tracking status through the USPS website. If your package has not arrived after 30 days, please contact me and I can initiate a missing mail inquiry. If, after the missing mail inquiry has been completed, and the item is deemed "lost", I may be able to send a replacement item

To ensure your larger decal arrives safely and without creases, larger decals will be carefully rolled and shipped in a box. Once received, carefully remove the decal from the box and lay it flat on a clean dry surface (like a table or countertop) until it flattens. Prior to installation, be sure to use a credit card or something similar to carefully burnish the transfer tape for easy application. Please feel free to reach out for assistance.
