We are a small online billiards apparel gift shop from Gothenburg Sweden.
We design all our products in Sweden but our facility where we ship and print our products is in Latvia EU and in U.S.
We design and sell apparel that is related to billiards and celebrate some of the sport's legendary and beautiful characters both past and present. We truly believe that billiards is a beautiful sport and that "legends never die". Our goal is to create unique apparel in our style for pool players and other cool people. All our products are custom made and we only use high quality garments and products. Please read the size guide for each product that is included in the product description to ensure that you order the correct size.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
We are printing on demand where the fulfillment takes between 3-8 business days + the shipping time, shipping time depends on destination and carrier. You will se the exact shipping time to your country on the checkout page. It's important to keep in mind that we are printing these orders on request, not sending out items from printed stock. So it does take us a couple of days extra (3-8 business days) to get everything ready.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?
In the event that products are returned to us due to customer failing to pick up their package, we charge a 35€ fee. This covers shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of products.
ORDER NEVER ARRIVED
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us via Etsy message noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
DAMAGED ITEMS
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!
WRONG SIZE
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out. If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us via Etsy message and we'll let you know what your next steps are. NOTE we do not accept returns due to ordering the wrong size since we do not keep stock of our products, Please always check the size chart that is included in the product photos or product description to ensure you order the correct size.
PRODUCTS AND PRINTING
We design all our products in Sweden but our facility where we ship and print our products is in Latvia, Spain and in U.S.
' If you order from an EU country the package will be shipped from our *Latvian or Spain facility so you will not need to pay any customs.
' If you order from USA it will be printed and packed from our U.S. facility so you will not need to pay any customs.
*This does not apply for our American Apparel products on Etsy, these products only ship from our U.S facility.
' If you order from another country that is outside EU and U.S. it will be shipped from the nearest of the two facilities and customs needs to be paid by you (the customer).
We only use high quality products that are hand selected and none of that "cheap stuff". Our production partner have top modern state of the art production printing facilities in the US and EU.
PRINT CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
Do not dry clean.
DISCLAIMER ABOUT DIRECT TO GARMENT
You may notice an off-white residue and vinegar smell on your apparel. Don't worry! It's from a fixation agent applied during printing and it's not permanent. Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It's needed so ink bonds with the fabric. Without it, ink would flake off the garment. You can think of it sort of like applying a primer before painting a wall. The fixation agent can sometimes leave a faint square imprint around the print, and other small white marks on the garment. Your DTG apparel might also have a vinegar smell that gets stronger the longer it's in the poly bag packaging. The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash. If the discoloration is prominent, the quality control team will include a card explaining that it's from the fixation agent.
