My item arrived damaged!
Oh no!! Don't worry, take a photo or a video that includes the damage and send it to me as soon as it arrives. And if it looks truly damaged then we’ll sort something out. You may have to sent it back to me, you may not, it depends what it is.
My item hasn't turned up?!
If this happens it is a rarity. All items are sent via a tracking method, so both you and I can see where it is and if you have received it or not.
However, If this does happen it is out of my control, and it will be a case of waiting a couple of weeks after the arrival date. Once it shows on the tracking that it is lost I can indeed refund you or send out a replacement.
*Please note* You will not be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
If the wrong address is entered,
You are not in/multiple missed deliveries,
Your item is stolen from your chosen safe place.
Do you accept returns/exchanges/cancellations/refunds or change of mind returns?
No.
I'm afraid I can't accept any refunds as all of my products are one of a kind or made to order, or are digital.
