SHIPPING TO THE EU HAS BEEN REMOVED. Due to legal changes that make shipping to the EU inaccessible for small businesses, I will no longer be able to ship any of my items to any EU country. I recommend that EU buyers use a proxy service, as the new policies do not apply to proxied products, only businesses selling directly to customers in the EU.

🔮 When will you restock [insert item here]? 🔮
As soon as I can! I handle making every item and packaging orders entirely on my own, which means that it can be difficult for me to keep up. I can see when things are sold out, and I will get to them as soon as I can. Unfortunately I CANNOT DM YOU to remind you when something is back in stock- I receive several messages a week requesting this service, and the "favorite item" button will be much more efficient for you!

FOR ENAMEL PINS: If the pin design is not marked as LE, there is a chance that I may do a rerun based on demand. Any LE designs will be clearly marked as LE on their listing!

🔮 My perfume oil leaked! What do I do? 🔮
During extremely hot or cold shipping conditions, perfume oils expand and contract within their bottles. They are overfilled to account for a small amount of seepage during shipping! If the bottle wipes clean and still appears to be full, you have not lost more than a few drops. If you believe your bottle is faulty and is repeatedly leaking, feel free to send me a message which includes photographs of the area of concern!

🔮 My candle/body butter arrived MELTED! What do I do? 🔮
During extremely hot shipping conditions, candles or body butters may melt in transit, especially if left in a hot mailbox for several days. This is out of my control and is not an issue I will refund. To rescue your candle, you can use a blowdryer on high heat but low air to gently melt the candle until the wick is lightable! If your body butter is melted in transit, this will not effect its use, just its appearance and whipped texture. Pop it in the fridge and it will be a body balm. :)

🔮 My item arrived BROKEN! 🔮
Don't panic!!!! Take several clear photos of the damage immediately, including a picture of the packaging, and be careful not to touch shattered glass without protection. Do not injure yourself trying to save your candle! Should your order arrived damaged, please DM me for information on how to submit a claim, as you may be covered under Etsy's protection.

🔮 How Do I Keep My Soaps From Melting? 🔮
Cold Process Soap doesn't melt! If you live in an area of high humidity, your soap bar might get slightly sticky or develop "glycerin dew" crystals on it. If this happens, just wipe them off! But they will never melt!

🔮 What wax do you use for your candles? 🔮
I use a custom blended, all natural parasoy wax blend! The primary wax for my blend is food grade paraffin, which is a natural product made from vegetable oils and is clean burning and nontoxic. It is also a recycled product! It gives candles beautiful gloss and color. I mix my food grade paraffin with all natural soy because I love the texture of soy!

🔮 What kind of fragrances do you use? 🔮
All of my fragrances are perfumery quality fragrance oils which are phthalate free and cruelty free. Perfume quality fragrances might not be what you expect. They are high end, multilayered, complex, and evolve over time! If you're unsure about a fragrance and don't know how to interpret the listed scent notes, please send me a message and I will do my best to describe it more thoroughly for you.

🔮 I have an allergy! Can I see an allergen list? 🔮
Please message me if allergies are a concern. I have full allergen lists for all of my fragrances available upon request and can help troubleshoot sensitivities- but I am NOT a professional! Please always patch test skincare products before applying.
