Can I see a proof of the design before I purchase?
We provide proofs only after a purchase has been made. We're happy to discuss design aspects with you beforehand, but the actual design work will commence post-purchase.

Custom and personalized orders
Our custom-made items are crafted specifically for you, and as a result, all sales are final. However, if you encounter any defects or printing issues with your item, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Do you give discounts for multiple notebooks within one order?
We like to keep our prices low, so a discount is only available for orders with 20 or more items :)
Wholesale availability
Due to our pricing structure, wholesale is not an option at this time. We do give discounts for larger orders. Message me beforehand and we will send you a discount code.
Is there anything you wont custom design?
I do not use copyrighted or trademarked images (e.g., Disney, HBO). These images are the property of their respective companies, and I am not authorized to use them.
Feel free to express yourself openly. Profanity is not an issue for me, and I won't be offended.
However, I reserve the right to cancel any transaction that includes hateful or racist content.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on personalized items. However, we will replace a personalized item if it arrives damaged, provided you contact us within 48 hours of delivery and supply photos or videos of the damage.
We also do not offer refunds for orders that arrive later than expected. While we apologize for any inconvenience caused by delays, we cannot provide refunds if your item does not arrive on the exact date you need it.
We will refund a non-personalized item once we have received it back in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. If the returned item is damaged, a refund will not be issued.
