5 out of 5 starsThis is exactly as described and measurements were accurate per the order. Mantle arrived stained with golden oak per my request and within the time frame indicated. Instructions were easy and clearly stated with visuals on a single page. The screws provided were of good quality for wood but they do not come with drywall anchors. The craftsmanship was nice, and even with edges lightly sanded to avoid splinters and snags. I wonder how this would look with bevel cuts for the edges, but either way I would definitely recommend to others.

Cancellations and Exchanges
Cancellation - We offer free order cancellation if order is cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, 25% restocking fee will apply if cancelled within 6 hours and no cancellation after 6 hours of purchase.
Returns/Exchanges - Not all items can be returned, we do not accept returns on extra large items. For items where returns are accepted, buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned items. Items must be returned in it's original condition, it's very important items are packed same way as received to minimize damage during transit. If items is returned damaged, no refund will be issued, we will provide necessary documentation for buyer to place claim with shipping company.
Damaged Items
It's a rare occasion but unfortunately it does happen. if your item arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We would ask you to provide pictures of the damage, exterior of the box and shipping label. Since all of our packages are insured we would replace the item for you at no cost.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska
We do ship for HI and AK but a shipping fee will apply. Please contact us prior to placing your order with your zip code and item your interested in. We'll provide you with a quote.
