Personalization
• All rings can be laser engraved with names, dates, or short messages.
• Enter your engraving in the “Add your personalization” box during checkout.
• Recommended engraving length: up to 30 characters.
• Choose your preferred font from the font chart shown in the listing images and enter the font number with your message.
• If no font is specified, the engraving will be completed using Font 1 in a single-line layout.
• Please double-check spelling, capitalization, and dates before submitting your engraving request.
Engraved rings are personalized items and cannot be returned or exchanged, as tungsten rings cannot be resized. If you are unsure about your ring size, we recommend having it measured at a local jeweler before ordering.
Tungsten Material
Tungsten is known for its exceptional durability and scratch resistance, making it a popular choice for everyday wear.
The natural color of tungsten is dark gray. Colored tungsten rings are finished using ion plating, which may gradually wear over time, especially with heavy use or exposure to harsh conditions.
While tungsten is highly durable, it may crack under strong impact, similar to many types of jewelry.
Inlay Materials
Some of our ring designs feature decorative inlays such as wood, stone, or other materials. Depending on the design, these inlays may be directly set into the ring or sealed with resin for protection.
Because these materials are natural or decorative elements, we recommend avoiding strong impacts, harsh chemicals, and prolonged exposure to liquids to help maintain the ring’s appearance.

Our rings feature a comfort-fit interior, designed to provide a smoother and more comfortable fit during daily wear.
Sizing details
Our comfort-fit rings are designed to fit true to standard ring sizes, though finger shape and personal preference may vary.
Because tungsten rings cannot be resized, we strongly recommend confirming your ring size before ordering. Our product images include reference charts showing the inner diameter and inner circumference for each size to help customers compare international sizing systems.
Please note:
• Wider rings may feel slightly tighter than narrower rings in the same size.
• Finger size can change slightly with temperature or time of day.
Exchanges & Returns

• Non-personalized rings are eligible for one exchange only. Returns are not accepted.
• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange. Each order is eligible for one exchange request only.
• Items must be returned within 7 days after approval.
• Rings must be returned in new condition without signs of wear.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• A $6 reshipping fee per ring applies to exchanges.
Please note that custom rings cannot be returned or exchanged.
