Where do I submit my photo?
Please send your photo to hello@riverry.com with your order number. Please note that during the holiday season our Etsy message response time is extended. Sending your photo in Etsy message may delay your order.
Will I receive proof?
Yes, we will send you the proof once the artwork is ready. You can approve your artwork for shipment or request revisions.
Can you merge multiple photos into one painting?
Yes we can merge multiple photos into one painting with a small fee. You can purchase the add-on with the link below (if you're using Etsy app, search "combine" in our shop)

Custom and personalized orders
Our standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days. During the holiday season our turnaround time extend to 5-9 business days.
Please note that the turnaround time doesn't include the shipping time. Shipping will take around 3-5 days to arrive for US orders. International orders may take 1-2 week to arrive.
