5 out of 5 starsDace is an outstanding seller, attentive, clear communicator, with regular updates. A delivery issue occurred: USPS was at fault on the final handoff leg from DHL, delivering to the wrong location. Dace has no control over carrier errors, but she proactively reached out as soon as tracking showed “delivered,” offered immediate help, and followed up until resolved going far above expectations. She handled her part perfectly and provided exceptional support. Top-tier service! The shirt is perfect, great print & fabric. Highly recommend Dace; I’d buy from her again in a heartbeat.

5 out of 5 starsThe desk mat is very high quality and well made with vibrant colors. What blew me away about this was the excellent customer service. I would give 6 stars if I could. If you are debating purchasing one of this shop's products, do yourself a favor and buy it. You will be so happy you did!
