Custom and personalised orders
At the moment, we do not offer fully custom-made or personalised wigs. However, some styles may be available in different colours, lengths or cap constructions. Please feel free to message us before ordering if you are looking for something specific.
Sizing details
Most of our wigs come in a medium-size cap with adjustable straps. Fit may vary slightly depending on the cap construction and individual head shape. Please check the individual listing for specific sizing information before ordering.
Care instructions
Gently detangle your wig from the ends upwards using a wide-tooth comb or wig brush. For heat-resistant synthetic styles, use low heat only and never exceed 150°C. Always test on a small hidden section first. Synthetic hair cannot be dyed.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All orders are carefully checked and securely packed before dispatch. For a more polished presentation, you can add one of our satin wig storage bags to your order. Where suitable, we will pack the wig directly in the satin bag, helping to reduce the need for extra plastic packaging.
Wholesale availability
We may be able to support selected wholesale or bulk enquiries depending on the product and quantity required. Please contact us with the style, colour and quantity you are interested in, and we will be happy to discuss availability.
Can I return a wig if it does not suit me?
Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be returned clean and in their original condition, including tags, the free wig cap and packaging. For lace wigs, please do not cut or alter the lace before deciding whether to keep the item. Buyers are responsible for return postage unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different colour or style, please return the original item in line with our return policy and place a new order.
Can synthetic wigs be styled with heat?
Most of our synthetic wigs are made from heat-resistant fibre and can be styled carefully at low temperatures. We recommend starting at the lowest setting and never exceeding 150°C. Always test a small section first.
Can synthetic wigs be dyed?
No. Synthetic fibre does not absorb standard hair dye in the same way as human hair, so we do not recommend dyeing synthetic wigs.
