Custom and personalized orders

I can do custom and personalized orders, but require full payment before I start work.

My custom work includes, but is not limited to: custom family vacation shirts, birthday shirts, matching family shirts, flour sack towels, and baby one-pieces or bibs, wall art digital prints, etc.

I will provide a mock-up/proof prior to cutting vinyl and/or pressing. You will need to approve before I can complete the work and mail it.

Custom orders have a ZERO return policy unless there was an error on my part. You must report within 1 day of receipt and include images to back your claim.

Different Addresses From Etsy and Paypal?

If your Etsy address and Paypal address are different, I will automatically use the address Etsy provides to ship your item.

If you want your item shipped to a different address, please message me as soon as you place your order.

Satisfaction Guarantee

I want you to be happy with your order and try to take photos and describe items to the best of my ability.

If, however, I have made an error, please contact me within 1 day of receipt of item for us to determine the best course of action for the problem.

Personalized, made to order, and custom orders cannot be returned, do to the nature of the business.

For custom orders, I will submit a proof to ensure I spell a name or get a date correct before printing/cutting vinyl. Once the proof is accepted, the order is final.

Please respond to messages quickly so that we can work effectively and efficiently to solve an issue if one should arise.

Defective Merchandise Received

You have 2 days from receipt of item to contact SAHM, plus about defective items, including all pertinent information about how and when you noticed the defect, including what you were doing with the item.
You are expected to provide immediate response to shop messages so that SAHM, plus can resolve your issue.
You will be required to provide photos including, but not limited to: 1) package product was shipped in 2) product unwashed/unworn/unused 3) photo of full product 4) closeup(s) of defect(s).
You understand that by washing, wearing, tampering with, or trying to fix an item you claim to be defective will immediately void your claim as I will not be able to determine the actual cause of defect.

If you agree to refund or replacement, what can I expect?

In the rare event SAHM, plus provides a refund or replacement item, terms will include returning item via courier with shipping tracking.

Refunds will not occur until item shows in transit.
Replacements will not occur until item shows in transit and bill for replacement shipping is paid.

Should SAHM, plus determine a refund or replacement is appropriate, tracking must show in transit within 2 days of our agreement.

If you return an item without SAHM, plus approval, you will not receive a refund, replacement, or other compensation.

Item damaged in transit OR item delayed in shipping.

Once your item is handed off to shipping carrier, it is out of my hands.

If your item is delayed in shipping: You are required to call the shipping carrier to discuss your package.

If your item was damaged in transit: You are required to work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. You should message me within 2 days of receipt of item including clear photos of the product along with the package it was shipped in. If it is determined you need a replacement for a damaged item, no refunds will be given and you will be required to pay for shipping of the replacement item. BUT you must have notified me within 2 days of receipt of the damaged goods providing pictures as requested.

Can You Rush My Order?

Many times I am able to provide a rush on my services, however, not all products are available immediately. I can also provide shipping upgrades when requested.

Please message me directly prior to making orders you need rushed to see if I can help you.

I can NEVER guarantee an item will arrive to you by a specific date. Once an item is handed off to the shipping carrier, its delivery is beyond my control. I can only give you answers on how quickly I can make your product and get it into the shipping carrier's hands.

Mon through Friday: 9am - 4pm.

Please bear in mind I work around my children's school hours, naps, etc. As a work at home mom, my hours are dictated by everyone else ;)

I reserve weekends and nights for family time.
