SOGH - the story
SOGH is mijn kans om de wereld te beïnvloeden! ... en het gebeurt! GROTE TIJD!
Daarbuiten in de kunstwereld ben ik echt gezegend om de droom te leven! My Career werd gelanceerd door het American Visionary Art Museum in Baltimore in 2006 (het nummer 4 museum in het land) en sindsdien zijn er verbazingwekkende, mooie en prachtige dingen gebeurd. NU, 19.000+ SOGH-schilderijen verkocht (met nog een paar duizend weggegeven) heb ik de show op de weg genomen en mijn eigen, en eerste in zijn soort, SOGH Art Truck gemaakt. Ken je foodtrucks? ja! Dat vind ik fijn! maar ik serveer kunst! het is een BLAST!!!!! meestal is het mijn eigen werk, maar ik laat af en toe ook nieuwe artiesten zien. en ik neem de show mee op pad. Ik kom uit de museumkunstwereld en het is geweldig om museumkunst te brengen naar waar de mensen zijn! en het beste van alles... Ik houd het werk betaalbaar! Kunst is voor mensen... mensen moeten het kunnen hebben!
en nu... Ik zet, nogmaals, mijn eerste stappen op Etsy:) de schilderwereld nam de eerste keer dat ik het probeerde in 2008 over, maar het stoort me sindsdien dat ik geen klein plekje op Etsy heb. DUS, het is tijd om dat te veranderen! ETSY! met gekruiste vingers en vol grote hoop... HIER KOM IK! Laten we samen de wereld beïnvloeden!!!!

Out there in the art world i've been truly blessed to be living the dream! My Career was launched by the American Visionary Art Museum in Baltimore in 2006 (the number 4 museum in the country) and since then, amazing, beautiful and wonderful things have happened. NOW, 19,000+ SOGH paintings sold (with another several thousand given away) I have taken the show on the road and created my very own, and first of it's kind, SOGH Art Truck. Ya know food trucks? yeah! like that! but i serve art! it's a BLAST!!!!! mostly it's my own work but i do showcase new artists every now and again as well. and I take the show on the road. I come from museum art world and it's great to bring museum art to where the people are! and best off all... I keep the work affordable! Art is for people... people should be able to have it!
and now... I'm, again, taking my initial steps on Etsy:) the painting world took over the first time i tried back in 2008 but it's been bothering me ever since that i don't have a little spot on Etsy. SO, it's time to change that! ETSY! with fingers crossed and full of big hope... HERE I COME! Lets go influence the world together!!!!
