RETURNS IN CASE STANDARD ORDERS & DELIVERY
If you're not satisfied with your order, get in touch within 14 days of receiving it.
To get a full refund, make sure the item is in new condition.
Unfortunately, I don't accept returns for custom orders.
If the package got damaged during delivery, inform me right away.
Please note that slight differences in colors or sizes won't be considered as complaints.

COLORS
The colors of the actual product might be a bit different from what you see on the screen due to monitor settings, printing, and ink differences. A small color difference isn't a reason to worry! Also, the designs on the products are prints and won't have a shiny, metallic, or glittery look.
CUSTOM FEES
As per Etsy's return policy, any relevant duties and customs charges for shipments are the responsibility of the buyer!

The processing time for purchases is 1 - 3 business days.
I ship my products all around the world using sturdy cardboard packaging to make sure they reach you safely and in top-notch condition. To ensure a secure delivery, it's a good idea to include your phone number when making your order!
