How your items are packaged!
All of your lovely items are wrapped in recycled tissue paper/bubble wrap and posted in recycled card mailing boxes. (I will also always reuse any boxes and packaging I get in the post!) I apologise in advance for the amount of packaging I have to use if you have ordered lots of glass items. I just want them to arrive in one piece so may have to use a little extra to make sure they do!
Postage Costs
All items are posted with Royal Mail.
Lip Balms are classed as Large Letters and all of lip scrubs, sets & bath salts are classed as Small Parcels due to their size. Royal Mail base their prices on size and weight, this is why if you have ordered several heavy items, the price can jump up a bit. If your order is extra heavy I'll split it into two smaller boxes!
Processing Times
All products are dispatched between 2-3 working days. Please allow a little extra time for your items to arrive when they are posted due to the current situation in the UK.
