I found Sam on Instagram and starting triathlons myself I needed a very comprehensive workout program. This is the perfect workout plan, it’s challenging yet each workout is able to be completed within and hour or 45 mins if you’re really hustling. There is so much value in this program for its price, this is one of the best investments you can make for yourself!!

Super easy to access at any time.

I purchased this program because the creator on social media is very fit and seemingly knowledgeable. After purchasing I realized there were some adaptations required for my home gym/limited equipment. Not much but probably three things max. I have reached out to the seller via email, his social media pages. No response. I do not recommend this program.
