We are open for custom orders so feel free to contact us with your ideas.
We will make a free preview and high quality renders for all custom orders based on your input so you can see the exact look of the finished product.

🐱‍🚀 Ordering multiple items and combined shipping

When ordering multiple smaller items please contact us for combined shipping options. The packages are mostly restricted by weight so most of the time some significant savings can be made with combined shipping.

We will do our best to refund all overpaid shipping fees but it is best to contact us in advance so you get the right quote.

Care instructions

👌All standard items are built for durability and easy maintenance.
Wood surfaces can be cleaned with a wet cloth rag and mild detergents.
All hammocks and cushions are machine washable at 30°C.
Sisal covers should be vacuumed only any contact with water should be avoided.

📢* This excludes items from Raw series which are purposefully left untreated.

🐱‍🚀 Wall mounted items and mounting options

With each item from our Wally series you get the correct number of wall plugs and mounting screws included in the package.

👌We use only the best quality Fischer DUOPOWER 8x40mm (5/16" x 1 9/16") Universal wall plugs which are suitable for almost all wall types.

🔨All you will need is a power drill, 8mm (5/16") drill bit and a screw bit.

Screw sizing:
5x60mm (3/16" x 2 3/8")
6x60mm (1/4" x 2 3/8") for heavier items

📢 Undelivered/Unclaimed items

📣Undelivered items that are not claimed by the customer and returned to us will be held for 30 days as a courtesy to our customers.

During that period the customer can contact us to arrange for the items to be shipped again. The shipping cost will be the same as for the original shipment plus any additional fees that the post office charged for the package return.

After the 30 day period the item will no longer be available.

📢 Package security and transit

For safety reasons, all our packages are sent through registered mail (or DPD for most EU countries), insured and have a tracking number.
All items are packed and shipped by our shipping partner MBE to ensure the best protection for your items.
The transit time will usually be within the declared times, but sometimes there can be unforeseen delays we cannot affect or be held accountable for.
All packages have a packing list and invoice included to speed up the customs process as much as possible, but we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by customs service.

🚩 Damaged packages

📣Please check your package and the items immediately upon delivery. If the package is visually damaged, report this to your courier.
If any of the items arrive damaged, please take multiple photos of the damaged item and the box it was shipped in and send it to us as soon as possible so we can open a damage claim.
Damage claim procedure varies from country to country so some postal services will also require you to report damage at your local post office to get a reference number which will be matched with the damage claim we make.
After the damage claims are filed we will do our best to send a new item or a refund as soon as possible, but we will require full customer cooperation in damage claims procedure to complete the reimbursements.

📣 Lost packages

Although all our packages have a tracking number, sometimes the package can be delayed for a longer time or even lost.
If the package travel time seriously exceeds the suggested travel time and there are no tracking updates for more than 2 weeks please report the issue to us.
We file a claim with the post office and update you on the claim process, but additional steps may need to be taken in some cases.
The tracking claim should be filed with the postal service in the country the package was last scanned in, so in those cases, the customer should file a claim with the local delivery or postal service(USPS, Canadian Post...)
We will do our best to resolve the issue as fast as possible, but sometimes it can take a while on post office's end.

Raw/natural unstained/unpainted furniture for cats

We do not offer our products in raw wood.
We've worked really hard and long to find finishes that work best and are non toxic and resilient so We guarantee for the quality of our products.
If the shade you want is not in the drop down selection-contact us and we'll scan you the available shades of the colour in chart. There are more than a thousands colour shades that we can do.
Custom colours will be 15€ more per colour regardless of the number of items, since the exact shade you pick needs to be mixed by our supplier and ordered in a minimum quantity.
