Shipping container, while a durable styrofoam, was not sealed but exposed to the elements so the mug was quite dusty and not clean upon arrival. Also, other things could have potentially damaged or scraped the mug due to the exposed shipping container. The container is something that goes into a box or packaging. Someone who either doesn't care about their job or was lazy didn't bother to put the foam container into a box. It's a miracle the item arrived unscathed and just dusty.

I ordered a hot chocolate 15oz mug and in the column where it says “Message to seller” I requesting a 15oz & a tracking but I looks like nobody looked at the message because when I received it was a 12oz mug I reached out to the seller and instead of offering a prepaid return shipping label they said they will look to another vender so enjoy you item. I will never do business with Etsy ever again. Now I’m out of my money and stuck with a mug that I can’t use I’m pissed off to say the least.
