Custom and personalized orders
I love Custom and personalized orders! All custom orders require full pre-payment, unless other arrangements have been made. Please note that separate policies apply to custom and/or personalized items:
- If the order has just been placed and fabric has not been ordered I will give a full refund.
- If fabric has already been purchased I will refund everything except what I have spent on fabric.
- I do not give refunds for custom orders if the item has already been started or completed.
Wholesale availability
Wholesale orders are welcome! Repeat customer coupons are not applicable, as deep discounts have already been made.
Sizing details
All items have sizing information within each listing. Should you have additional questions about sizing - please do not hesitate to ask!
Gift wrapping and packaging
