International Orders
Item Get ships internationally through a global shipping service processed by Etsy. Please be advised that international orders may take additional shipping time of up to 5 weeks or more. Be sure to include a contact number in the event an item is held in local customs.
Returns and Exchanges
These items are hand-made to order which require time and material components and I will do my best to offer an exchange in the unlikely event that an item is defective.
Returns are considered on a case-by-case scenario. "Change of mind" is not an acceptable reason for return.
Late deliveries due to postal delays is not an acceptable reason for return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping.
