If Splendid Creative is at fault, I will be happy to fix the issue for you ASAP at no charge; please reach out to us if there is an issue with your order within 30 days of the purchase date. If the issue was due to customer error, a new purchase will be required.

- I recommend all products 8.5X11", or smaller, to be printed on white 8.5x11" cardstock paper.
- You can print on your home printer, or a Local or Online professional print shop
- Don't Forget: Set printer to actual (scale 100%) to ensure your file prints the size you need
- Please use a cutter, or paper trimmer, for more professional looking results
- Print colors may vary slightly due to different home printers, printer settings, varying ink levels, and settings on computer monitors
- Unless you have access to a large printer, we recommend having any items over 8.5X11" printed by a local or online print shop to ensure the quality of the product

To download, make sure you are using a desktop or laptop, and not the Etsy app on a phone or tablet device

There are 2 options to download:

1. When your purchase is complete, you will receive an email from Etsy. You can download your purchased files directly from the email link that Etsy sent you
Remember: if you don't see the email, make sure to check your Junk Mail/Spam folder

2. Download from your Etsy Account (you must be logged in for this option)
- Go to your account on Etsy (use a web browser, not the Etsy app on a phone or tablet)
- Click on 'Purchases and Reviews'
- You should see your Orders there, click on 'downloadable files'
- Download on your computer, print + enjoy!

Yes! We would love to hear your vision, and welcome requests for custom designs, and products. The availability for custom designs varies throughout the year, but I am happy to speak with you to see how I can help. I can edit one of the products in the shop for you, or create a custom design from scratch to meet your needs. All you have to do is send us a message. Depending on timeframe, and design complexity, we can discuss availability, next steps, cost, and other details.
