You DO NOT NEED a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Orders will be sent after payment is cleared, check the processing and shipping times for your purchase. I ship to the address listed in your Etsy account.

Please make sure your address is correct. If an incorrect address is provided, then the buyer will be responsible for the extra shipping costs

Shipping costs are listed with each item and are combined for multiple items purchases.

Upgrade for Expedited shipping can be arranged at extra cost, please contact me for discussion of your requirements.

CUSTOM FEES and/or other charges are the responsibility of the buyer. I am required to declare the actual value of the order on the customs form.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Because of the unpredictable international delivery times I cannot guarantee a delivery date and/or confirm exactly how long it will take to receive your order.
Please keep in mind that your item must clear Customs first, also depending upon volumes of mail at your country Customs and other factors as are extreme weather, Customs hold ups, busy holidays season, mail companies internal issues etc...may have an impact in delivery times and unexpected delays may occur.

***Once your order is in Customs I don't have the power to intervene to speed up delivery.***

For the reasons stated above, DELIVERY TIMES quoted below are just an ESTIMATION and they cannot be guaranteed:

US and Canada 7 to 20 working days ***
Western Europe 5 to 15 working days *
Eastern Europe 7 to 15 working days
Rest of the world 10 to 20/40 working days

***US buyers: Please remember to include your full postcode.

*Sometimes, shipping to GERMANY and ITALY takes longer than to the rest of Europe, please allow more time for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL orders: Due to different factors mentioned above, your order may takes up to 8-10 weeks to be delivered, it is very rare but it can happens.

If you haven't received your purchase after 8-10 weeks from the date of shipping, please contact me as soon as possible. Once your order is confirmed lost, stolen or undeliverable by the Mail service, I guarantee you a refund or a replacement. Please note I won't resend or refund before this time frame of 8-10 weeks for international orders.

It is the customer responsibility to provide a correct address, in the case a package it is undeliverable and lost or returned to me because of that, shipping fee won't be refunded.

Green shipping: Wherever possible, I recycle my shipping materials to help to "save the planet" and reduce P&P cost.

CANCELLATIONS are just accepted if the item hasn't been made and/or shipped.

How to get your wrist size: With a piece of string, tape or similar, measure your wrist around, just below the wrist bone, on the widest part of your wrist or where you would wear the bracelet, then use a ruler to measure the length. That would be your wrist size. Choose an approximate size from the size options in the listing you intend to buy, and remember to don't add any length, I will.

***All sizes variations in my listings are wrist sizes.

***Handmade Jewelry is more fragile than industrially made items, therefore it needs to be handled with care and consideration. To extend the life of your bracelet, please roll it on and off your hand, don't stretch it! Don't wet it, remove before, shower, hard exercising etc...***
