It's going to be perfect, for my Invision. Sandra (The owner) even added a cute, little, adorable mini cauldron. That was so sweet and a happy surprise. She also put this cute little note card in the package. little thoughtful message like that, just make my heart so full. Thank you so much, Sandra.

I am excited to see the lil guy fill out this very cute planter. They also sent me a free small black cauldron planter! 🖤✨

Sizing details
Sizing is provided in the description of each listing. All measurements are provided in imperial inches. If you would like a conversion to metric or there are any questions feel free to ask!
If you would like a custom size for your order feel free to send a message and we can create custom size/price for you.
Can I change something in the design or add a word?
Yes! We make all of our own 3D model designs and can modify for a custom order. Please shoot over a message *before* ordering so we can get you the best price and turnaround time.
I just ordered, when will it ship?
We strive to always ship within the timeline shown on each listing.
Each item can take anywhere from 8 hours to 36 hours to make depending on the complexity. If you have any questions about scheduling feel free to give a shout and I'll help the best I can.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes! I would accept returns or exchanges but generally I ask that you cover shipment costs in these cases. However I cannot accept returns or exchanges for customized orders.
What is 3D printing?
3D printing is the slow & steady additive manufacturing; it is the construction of a three-dimensional object from a digital model. The items are slowly formed with a stream of extremely hot plastic from the base, layer by layer, until completed. With certain filament colors there will be a subtle seam on the "backside" of your item, this is where our machine moved up to the next level of your items. This slow layering process gives each item a lovely textured feeling.
I use PLA filament which is a plant-based plastic.
Care instructions
For Planters:
Planting can be messy! If you've freshly planted I recommend taking a small tissue or brush to wipe off the excess dirt around your pot.
To wash PLA please use a damp cloth or sponge with cold water.
PLA is not dishwasher safe, the high heat will warp your design. Boiling water will also warp your product. Please keep away from high heat (fire & candles) and do not leave in your vehicle in the direct summer heat. These planters are not recommended in pure underwater conditions like aquariums, ponds, or fully submerged settings.
Besides that, these planters will last you a very long time!

Are the plants included?
Recently this question has come up a bit more, unfortunately plants and dirt are NOT included with your purchase of a planter.

Etsy said my order will ship in XX amount of business days, What are business days?
A business day means any day except any Saturday, Sunday, or any day which is a federal legal holiday or any day on which banking institutions are authorized or required by law or other governmental action to close. Your current ship by date will be shown at checkout and then again in our "Purchases" section! :)
How is the power consumption to make my order eco-friendly?
Good question! The electricity service provider we chose for our home actually uses renewable energy from wind and solar farms! In the long run, although the cost is slightly higher we are very proud to have chosen 100% clean electricity within our home for each and every one of your orders :D
Also, please check the bottom of your invoices! We are glad to work with Etsy as they offset 100% of the carbon emissions from your deliveries!
