Can I return an item?
Yes, we accept returns in most situations, please see specific listings for return policies.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Tracking is required.
Restocking fees may be charged in unusual circumstances.
If a listing was purchased in which more than one item was sent (multiquantity listings), we require all to be returned - high grading is not permitted.

Can I upgrade shipping?
Absolutely, contact us with shipping requests.
USPS Ground Advantage method is used for all shipments under $200, unless an upgraded method is selected at checkout or otherwise requested.
Buyers are responsible for requesting insurance if desired, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. It is buyers responsibility to upgrade shipping to meet their needs and expectations.

Specific sizing details for each item are offered in listing descriptions or titles of all pieces.
We list most sizing in metric because it gives a closer approximation of the size and for our many international clients, but please note 25mm = 1 inch.
The main photo does not directly reflect the actual size.
We expect buyers to view all photos and read full listing descriptions to get a proper idea of the piece/s your purchasing.
Weights and sizes are very close approximations, sizes may vary slightly due to the direction one may try and measure.
If you have further questions or concerns regarding sizing, please contact us prior to the departure of your shipment.
Shop Sections - what does SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE, etc. equate to?
Most specimens are sorted by size, they are separated as follows:
- Thumbnails with Perky Box = 2-30mm
- XSMALL: up to 15mm
- SMALL: 15-30mm
- MEDIUM: Miniature-sized specimens = 30-60mm
- LARGE: Cabinet-sized specimens = 60-100mm
- XLARGE Cabinet-sized specimens = 100+mm (4" and larger)

Some specimens are attached to bases in photos - are they shipped that way?
It varies depending on the specimen, but usually if specimens will be removed from the base for safety of the specimen during shipping. A stand and putty is included with most specimens photographed on a stand. Contact us with any specific questions.
For thumbnails, both glue and putty are or have been used (some items come out of old collections are are left in their original condition). If you'd like any piece removed prior to shipping, or if you have any other requests, please reach out.
