I generally believe that most jewelries look best when properly fitted. I also think extender chains interfere with the clean look of some of our designs.

To size your necklace, anklet, or bracelet, simply use a string to mark the position of exactly where you want it to fit. Then just measure the string against a ruler to get your length.

• Always sanitize earrings by dipping them in hydrogen peroxide or Polysporin before threading through your ear
• clean piercing area with the same solution at least twice a day for
minimum 2 weeks

To accommodate most people, I normally use 21 or 20 gauge wire for my earrings, but since your piercing might be slightly different from the standard, I will include a complimentary pair of earwire clutches with each pair of earrings (that are open-hoop type.)

Use only a soft jewelry polishing cloth to clean your jewelry.
Avoid contact with salt water, chemicals (i.e. chlorine, detergents, perfumes, hair spray, lotions) & chemical cleaners, which might damage the metal & gemstones/crystals. Practice last on, first off with jewelries!

Please be gentle with your jewelry. Excessive force or tugging may cause the wire work to misshape. If this happens, gently bend the wire back into its original position.

Earrings are made to slide on and off without bending the wire. Gently push the wire at 90° angle to its main plane if you need to make space.

Please remove before showering or swimming, and keep away from moisture. Store them separately in airtight containers or ziplock bags.

If your stainless steel jewelry is very dainty or has crystals in it, please follow the general care instructions above.

If your jewelry is all stainless steel, very little maintenance/care is required: You can wear it in the shower, swimming in chlorine-filled pools, and in salt water! You don't really need to take it off for anything - other than the occasional polishing when required!

Gold Vermeil

On top of following the General Care Instructions above, please store your gold vermeil jewelry in a cool & dark place as prolonged exposure to the sun can cause the gold layer to fade faster.


Electroplated Crystals

The electroplated part crystals are made by electroplating a thin layer of gold or silver over an alloy metal such as brass. To keep this layer longer lasting, please minimize exposure to water and chemicals.
