Explain your No Return policy and options available to the buyer/s
We are not selling new items. Items presented at our Etsy shop are either antiques, vintage or used. They're handpicked piece by piece with great care. But old items may have damages including but not limited to imperfections, repairs, scratches, cuts, holes, etc.
However, we want you to be comfortable and purchase without uncertainties. Please contact us before placing an order if you have any doubts. We gladly answer your questions including more photos upon availability and our ability.
Unfortunately, throughout our 35years in fine arts and antique business, we have had our fair share of losses with items returned to us after precious stones were replaced with glass or an original oil painting swapped with giclee print.
What is your definition of the word "Original"?
We define the word Original as ONLY ONE SINGLE ITEM. Everything else is a copy. For example; an original oil painting or watercolor means there is only one created by the artist from start to finish. Everything else, such as giclee (fancy word for print on canvas or board), prints, lithographs (ink impression of a plate), serigraphs (silkscreen) and photos are copies. Any of the above with original signature of the artist (usually pencil signed) is a copy as well but more valuable, especially if numbered and limited to a certain count of copies and even higher value with a documented provenance. Brand watches, the serial numbers make them unique and original. Vintage maps may be original with a unique number implied by the publisher or user
Custom and personalized orders
We gladly accept personalized or custom orders upon our ability and availability. Majority of our items are antiques, fine arts, and vintage items which could be difficult to customize. However, depending on the item, we give it our best to satisfy your needs.
Do you accept delayed shipping ?
Yes, we do accept delayed shipping up to 30 days without any extra charges. Longer delays may be available depending on the item.
Do you offer payment plans,
Yes, we do offer payment plans but due to the nature of our consignment business, we can't finance it more than 30 days:
*Our plan starts at total amount of $300.00 or more.
*All payments shall be completed within 30 days.
*The total amount will be devided into 3 or 4 equal payments.
*Restocking fees is 25% in case of cancelation by the buyer.
*Accrding to Etsy, in case of a paymet plan sale, we have to invoice and collect directly all payment sales and we accept Visa-MC-
Discover, certified funds.
*We do not offer Amex or PayPal on payment plans. That is the
reason all our regular payments are processed by Etsy as they
accept those as well.
*There is no extra charge for payment plans.

What is your definition of "Attributed" ?
When an art object is signed, and the signature resembles that of the artist, but we have no way of verifying it to be the genuine signature by the artist such as a certificate of authenticity by a licensed art expert or a documented provenance, we refer to the art object as “Attributed” to the artist. Hence, we do not guaranty the art object attributed to an artist, to have been genuinely signed by the artist.
Care instructions
Upon your request and our ability and knowledge, we would provide care instructions before placing the order. Again, we are not sellers of new items and each item has its own characteristics which may make it impossible to have comprehensive care instructions for every single item in our inventory, but we try our best.
Sizing details
Our measurements are approximate, and we do not guarantee accuracy. If you need to know exact size of an object, please contact us and request exact remeasuring before ordering. We do our best to provide you with the exact dimensions and we could provide images as well if necessary.
If a painting is on canvas, does it mean it is original?
No, digital printing on canvas is very common, and unfortunately, some sellers present painting on canvas as original without examining it closely. A 10x or stronger jeweler's loupe could show the digital dots. Some print a very high-resolution copy on fine canvas to hide the digital dots, however, they can't hide it from proper equipment, experience, and trained eyes. Do yourself and your wallet a favor; always ask the seller about the authenticity of a painting on canvas or board before purchase.
