To keep deliveries smooth and stress-free under the new U.S. import rules, all U.S. parcels are now sent via express couriers (DHL/TNT). Although DDP isn’t available at this time, we declare each parcel with care to help minimise customs friction and reduce delays wherever possible.
Recharging your Crystals
I think using intentions is most important. Sitting down and connecting to the stone and feeling into it. I think what you feel most comfortable and speakers to you when with the stone will be best. It’s about you creating a realtionship with the stone so you can serve and sustain each other. Water, moonlight, other crystal, ritualistic behaviour, sunlight, burials are all valid options. Play with them tune into what the stone says what’s the strongest though that keeps coming to your mind. Just ask and listen. Start with that. Any questions I am here. If you bury it don’t forget where ;)
Shipping days!
I usually send out all my orders Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday before noon. If your order is very urgent please contact me directly.

Gold Plated Jewellery Care Instructions
-- Avoid getting any fragrance on your jewelry, putting on your pieces after you've sprayed any perfume to avoid it interacting with the metal.
-- Wait to put your jewelry on until your moisturizer is absorbed.
-- Do not wear your gold-plated jewelry while exercising, swimming or showering.
-- Wipe your jewelry gently after wearing it with a very soft cloth or cotton ball to remove the buildup of dust or dirt.
-- If possible, keep it stored in a zipper bag away from the sun when not wearing to extend its life and reduce premature tarnishing or fading.
Returns Policy Extended
Returns:
Enjoy a 30-day return period for either a full refund or store credit.
Sale Items:
Only non-sale items qualify for refunds. Sale items can be returned for store credit if intact.
Gifts:
If purchased as a gift, you'll get a gift credit upon return. A gift certificate will be sent upon item receipt.
Care instructions
Most gemstone jewellery is fairly durable, but some care does need to be taken
Remove jewellery before:
- doing housework - cleaners are corrosive and may permanently damage your gems
- doing any manual labour; or work requiring hands to be immersed in water
- swimming or showering - chlorine, soaps and immersing in water, may damage your gemstones or their settings
- sleeping - tossing and turning puts excess strain on your jewellery, causing it to become loose or break
- put on your jewellery after perfume and/or hair care products - these may breakdown the stones
- store in a dark place, out of direct sunlight
sunlight may cause fading of stones and the humidity in the air can cause tarnishing to silver
Internationa Shipping
The Stonery is an Australian business, with most parcels currently dispatched from Bali, Indonesia.
International shipping has changed a lot, and many older free or low-cost postal options are no longer reliable enough for the care and tracking I want each order to receive. Because of this, I now use tracked premium courier services such as DHL and other trusted partners where needed.
Free shipping is no longer available at this time, but every parcel is sent with tracking for a safer and more reliable journey.
Delivery is usually around 2–7 working days once dispatched, though customs, rural locations, or courier delays may add extra time.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or local fees.
Uncollected or Failed Deliveries
All orders are shipped with tracked express service. Once dispatched, buyers are responsible for monitoring tracking and responding to carrier notifications (including customs duties, taxes, or identity verification).
If a parcel is marked “delivery attempted,” “held,” “unclaimed,” returned to sender, or destroyed due to non-collection, I cannot take responsibility. In line with Etsy policy, buyers are responsible for providing accurate addresses and completing required delivery steps.
