This policy explains how I collect, use, and share your information when you place an order in my shop.

Information I Collect

When you order, Etsy provides me with:

-Name
-Email address (if available)
-Postal address
-Order details (items, size, etc.)
-Payment method (I never see full card or bank details)

Why I Collect Your Information

I use this information for the following purposes, under GDPR legal bases:

-To fulfil your order (contract)
-To provide customer support (legitimate interest/contract)
-To meet legal obligations such as tax reporting (legal obligation)

Information Sharing and Disclosure

I only share your information where necessary to provide my services:

-Etsy – as the platform through which you order
-Printify (my production partner) – receives your name/address to produce and ship your order
-Delivery services – to deliver your item
-Legal or tax authorities – where required

Some of these providers may be outside the UK/EEA (e.g. US). In such cases, data transfers are protected through Etsy’s and Printify’s GDPR-compliant safeguards.

I will never sell or misuse your personal data.

Data Retention

I retain your information only as long as necessary to provide my services and comply with tax/legal obligations:

Normally up to 6 years for accounting and tax records (UK requirement)

Otherwise, only as long as necessary to complete your order and resolve any issues

Your Rights (GDPR / UK DPA)

You have the right to:

-Access the personal data I hold about you
-Request correction or deletion
-Object to certain types of processing
-Request restriction or portability of your data

Children’s Data

My services are not directed at children under 16. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
