What stood out most was the communication throughout. They kept in touch regularly, sent photos of the piece before dispatch so I could see exactly what I was getting, and made the whole process feel reassuring and personal. Packaging was good and delivery went smoothly. Would definitely order again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

5 na 5 gwiazdekI am really pleased with the rug; it’s beautifully crafted and just what I wanted. It arrived in great condition thanks to the careful packaging. However, I did notice that after placing my order, there weren’t many updates unless I reached out to them, and the import fees were quite high.

1 na 5 gwiazdekTerrible customer service, rug was not suitable for my living room, when asked to upgrade to larger size was told to just buy another rug as it would easier than them excepting a return. Then was accused of being abusive when I raised a complaint. I would avoid this seller.

It is not my fault, the customer did not even know how to size it and he is blaming me. I told him to return it but you will have to pay the shipping cost and he spoke very rudely to me. But Thank for him. He ordered a smaller size from me and he wanted a bigger size, what was my fault in this?
