For any custom or personalized requests, please contact me and I will be happy to assist. We do offer plenty of custom orders in the shop.

Please always refer to the sizing chart in the images provided to make sure you are getting the desired fit. Measure an existing similar item and compare it with our sizing chart for the closest desired fit. Some items have a size tolerance of up to 1.5". Note that no returns or exchanges will be provided for matters of sizing, unless an error was made on our part.

Care instructions are usually provided in the description.

Our items are made with care and quality materials, but they do not come with a lifetime warranty. Like all clothing and accessories, normal wear and tear over time is expected.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to me immediately, and I will be happy to assist you. However, issues related to regular use, washing, or aging of the product are not covered.
To extend the life of your item, please follow the provided care instructions and research the best care practices for your specific fabric and material. As every laundry routine is different, I cannot be responsible for missing or overlooked care instructions.

Because we use a print provider for our shop and do not print, package nor ship your items ourselves, we are unable to provide gift wrapping or gift messages at this time.

We do not offer wholesale.

We use high quality Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. Using this technique, pigmented water-based inks are applied to the garment’s surface and are absorbed by the product’s fibers. We do not use vinyl that can crack, fade or peel.

We only accept returns or replacements for the following issues:

Items damaged in transit (rips, stains, tears, etc.)
Printing quality issues (faded print, smudges, misalignment, etc.)
Errors on our part (wrong item, wrong color, incorrect design, etc.)

No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be provided for matters of preference, opinion, or taste, including material thickness or softness, a change of mind, The wrong size chosen or personal quality expectations.

For any approved return, the buyer is responsible for the tracked return shipping cost. If the original order included "free shipping," the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Item must be returned and received in the same condition it arrived.
