Hi, my name is Lacey. After successfully launching and operating four separate hospitality businesses, I was inspired to help other entrepreneurs launch profitable businesses. There were so many things I spent hours googling and researching, just wishing there would have been a person or space I trusted online to get information and tools I could use in my own businesses.
Over 8 million dollars in sales later I decided to step aside from operating my own businesses and spent two years providing 1:1 consulting with other business owners on best practices and tools to get started all while navigating the Covid pandemic in the hospitality industry.
With the launch of The Industry Code, I don’t only provide 1:1 services like virtual bookkeeping and consulting, but I’ve condensed all my most used and requested tools into various online templates and bundles tailored to enhancing your own business. Most of these tools are geared towards the hospitality industry, but the information can be easily translated to any small business.
